昔、お松さんという働き者の嫁が、姑にたくさんの田植えの仕事をやらされ、夕日にむかって、あと１時間もあれば終わるのにと言ったところ、太陽が30cm、60cmと高くなった。
お松さんは田植えをやり終えることができたが、そのとたん、あたりは暗くなり田んぼごとお松さんは水にのまれてしまった。あとに残った沼が、この「お松ヶ池」。
お松さんの供養塔が近くにあるらく、その供養塔が出来るまで
度々、付近に女性の霊が出る噂があったという。
果たして・・・。
